Overnight Care – Nighttime ‘tuck-in’ PSW Program
Many families are concerned whether their loved one is going to be safe at night on their own. This concern is heightened if their loved one is known to get up at night and possibly wander about the house.
Our trained PSW or caregiver can be in the home at any point between 8pm -7am to ensure all is well during the overnight hours. We aim to provide peace of mind so you don’t have to worry about what is happening at a parent’s home at 2am.
Aging at home for the elderly – Senior-Centric Services
The vast majority of older adults wish to age in their private home. They do not want to move to a retirement home or long-term care facility.
Every client is unique and we provide a customized care plan for each client.
We aim to match our qualified, compassionate caregivers and PSWs with the right client. Chemistry is important.
GreenLafleur has been providing homecare services across the GTA for over 10 years.
We can provide as little as 4 hours of care per day right through to 24-hour care.
Our services range from companionship, personal care, and meal preparation to more intensive care such as Alzheimer’s and dementia care, post-surgery support, and palliative care.
Memory Care Program – Alzheimer’s Support
Our staff are trained to provide security and personal support to clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other Neurological Disorders living at home or who need extra support in a facility.
Post Hospital Support
GreenLafleur’s trained PSW’s and nurses can provide post hospital support in the client’s home or retirement home as the case may be.
Our caregivers can assist with meal preparation, mobility assistance, mobility devices and personal care.
We are able to provide 24/7 care with both day and night coverage.
We service client discharged from all hospitals in the GTA, including South Lake Regional Health Centre, North York General, SunnyBrook, Michael Garron Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Mackenzie Health, Humber River Hospital, Sinai Health, and more.
Homecare - Veteran Services
GreenLaFleur Homecare staff has 10 years of experience providing services to our Senior Veterans. It is our duty, honour and privilege to provide homecare to our veterans that proudly served our nation.
GreenLaFleur Homecare administrators will help our veterans complete paperwork and assist in the process to acquire subsidized service from veteran’s affairs.
